When encountering the 403 Forbidden Error when logging into Okta please follow the following steps to resolve.
open Google Chrome and enter the following in the search bar
chrome://settings/cookies > Enter
Select See all site data and permissions
In the search bar enter "Okta"
Click Clear all data
The issue should be resolved.
