How to forward calls using the physical phone

  1. Your desk phone should look like to below image, to forward your phone you will need to press the forward all button.
    Please note that you can only forward your number to an extension or a local Calgary area number.
  2. Once you press the forward all button you will see something the image below, at this time you can enter the number you want your desk phone to be forwarded to.
    If you are forwarding to a 10-digit number please remember to enter 9 before the number.
  3. If the call forwarding was successful you will see something like the image below, to remove to call forwarding press the “Forward off” button.


How to forward calls using the Self-Serve portal

  1. Browse to https://10.12.16.13/ucmuser/ You should see something like the image below, you can login with your Calgary Stampede user ID and password.
  2. After login you should see something like the image below. Press the call forwarding link.
  3. After pressing the link you should see something like the image below. Click the check box next to forward all calls to:
  4. After clicking the check box, you can enter the number you want calls to be forwarded too then click save, remember to enter 9 if forwarding to a 10-digit number.
